Return Policy
Returns will be accepted without question within the first 30 days following the initial order date only. A RMA number is located on your packing slip - this will allow us to accept the package when it is returned. Under all circumstances returned product must be in unopened. Tracking, insurance, and delivery confirmation is strongly recommended on all returns
We work hard to live up to our 100% money back guarantee. If you find that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused portion to us within 30 days of your order and receive a full refund. Your refund will be issued for the product cost minus the shipping charges.
If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you the cost of the product less shipping and handling.
Return Procedure:
Step 1)
Please call 1-866-493-1522 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). The product must be returned to the shipping warehouse within 30 calendar days of the initial order.
Step 2)
Pack your product in a plain box. Clearly write the RMA number you were issued on the outside of the box.
Step 3)
Mail the item to our fulfillment center at:

Please note:
We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in mail going back to our warehouse. It is recommended that you use a shipping service that provides a tracking number. Empty product bottles will not be accepted. Our return policy guarantee is valid for 30 calendar days from your initial order date to the date postmarked on your return packaged.
